Our story

We believe premium pork starts long before it reaches the plate. Our pigs are rotationally grazed on pasture, raised from carefully selected genetics, and finished on black walnuts for a distinctive flavor. We focus on doing things right from the ground up: healthy land, healthy pigs and exceptional pork.
