Amish Country Dairy

Amish Country Dairy was formed by a group of northern Indiana dairy farmers who wanted a more sustainable price for small local dairies. They opened a farmstead bottling plant on an Amish dairy farm near Shipshewana and began processing their own Grade A milk into cream-top and flavored milks, using lower-temperature pasteurization and simple, natural ingredients. The goal is to keep dairy farming viable in the community while preserving the land, caring for animals, and training the next generation.
